Excellent experience from the start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my condenser as a bad capacitor and clearly explained what was going on and what needed to be done. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional, and made me feel completely comfortable with the entire process.

The repair was done efficiently, and I felt the price was more than fair for the service and expertise. It's refreshing to deal directly with an owner who clearly takes pride in his work and cares about his customer. I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely call him again for any future HVAC needs.

We were without A/C with a heatwave and a family reunion coming. Bob fit us in to his schedule. The installation was a challenge with different size units causing a rebuild of the existing ductwork. He did all the work efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend RLF Heating

Where do I begin!? Bob was a perfect and caring professional from the 1st text back right through to the final inspection of our new AC and furnace. Hes not your typical HVAC contractor that gives you the surface details and is in and out. He truly cares and tries his best to make sure you understand the needs of your home and your investment. He doesn’t try to upsell or make you feel like he’d rather you buy one product over another. He’s with you every step of the way, guides you, and reassures you. He’s on time, he communicates thoroughly, and stands by his work 100%. We’re so very grateful he was recommended to us! We have an HVAC guy for life!! Thanks so much Bob!!

Robert, the owner, came himself to do the work on the heating and cooling systems. He was on time and professional. He explained all aspects of what he was doing and did it in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
